Two-day official visit to Brussels: met Els Van Hoof (chair of the Belgian Chamber's Foreign Affairs Committee) on 2 Jun to discuss parliamentary cooperation, then held a bilateral meeting with Belgian counterpart Prévot on 3 Jun covering EU accession, justice/security cooperation, and regional stability.

Outcome: Prévot announced Belgium will open a resident embassy in Tirana (expected to be inaugurated in 2027) — upgrading from the current non-resident arrangement covered out of Sofia (see Ambassador Lambert's Representation record) — and praised the approval of Albania's IBAR report as "an extraordinary achievement" toward closing accession negotiations.
